SOLFUELS

The acquired Helena, Arkansas facility is a 40 Million Gallons capacity biomass-based diesel refinery situated on a 38.2 acre property with the ability to handle truck, rail, and barges alongside the Mississippi river. Solfuels USA LLC plans include the retrofit of this facility to use multi-feedstocks and expect the facility to be fully operational beginning in the 2nd quarter of 2017. This venture will add up to 15 jobs in the city of Helena, Arkansas, and another 3-5 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Solfuels who is a well-known biodiesel trader operating from Singapore has been trading and contract manufacturing biodiesel for export to both Europe and the USA for many years and this venture together with Hong Kong-based Agritrade Resources is their first plant acquisition in the USA.
